Fantastic Stay!

helpful staff clean room 24 7 reception useful option

The staff was helpful. The reception operates 24/7. I found the option to leave my key before heading out very useful. The room contained everything I needed. It was also very clean.

Breakfast was a bit mediocre. Croissants were not fresh. The coffee machine dispensed hot chocolate instead of coffee. I could tell it wasn't cleaned regularly.

friendly staff comfortable bed good shower quiet room

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was a good size. the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a really good shower. I appreciated the quietness of my room. It was conducive to restful sleep.

The room was somewhat small, making it a little difficult to move around with luggage.

i stayed in a superior double or twin room. the location was near two metro stationswith easy travel. i also enjoyed complimentary croissants and coffee each morning..

The air conditioning was not working correctly. It kept resetting to 16 degrees. the room felt noisy, and i could hear neighbors.

the staff was kind and patient. the room had everything I needed. I appreciated the good value for money it had. there was pleasant room too.

my room was somewhat small. i could hear every word of conversations from peoples in the lift. the carpet in the bedrooms exist and that is probably my personal preference only.

blackout curtains great staff roof terrace

the staff was super kind. i was happy there was blackout curtains. air conditioning worked great. also, the roof terrace was a plus, i enjoyed having coffee there.

the room were small, i struggled to fully open my suitcase.

small room weak shower

the room was really small, you could barely open a suitcase properly. my son's room had a shower inside the bathtub, the water barely came out. also, the air conditioning showed the filter needed changing.
